LASERTEC 65 3D - The complete CAD / CAM process chain Programming of laser deposition welding and milling in only one software package

As an absolute innovation in the field of Additive Manufacturing of complete 3D-parts up to Ø 500 mm SAUER LASERTEC has now introduced a universal, hybrid CAD / CAM solution for the programming of the additive laser build-up process as well as for the subtractive milling machining.

As an innovation in Additive Manufacturing of complete 3D-parts up to Ø 500 mm, SAUER LASERTEC has now introduced a universal, hybrid CAD / CAM solution for the programming of the additive laser build-up process, as well as for the subtractive milling process. Both combined in only one software package. Thereby all special laser machining strategies have been fully integrated in the existing CAD / CAM module. This allows the flexible production of complete 3D parts by laser deposition welding with intermediate milling operations.

Hybrid CAD/CAM for additive and subtractive programming

ULTRASONIC drilling and milling of turbine components made from Inconel, titanium and CMC
