Job description

Our service technicians are process-oriented specialists, who see solutions instead of problems.


  • Diagnostics and problem-solving for our customers’ wide range of technical issues
  • Troubleshooting and on-site repairs
  • Machine and component start-up
  • All-round technical advice and support of our customers
  • Wide range of maintenance activities

Applicant’s profile

  • Technical qualification with a good knowledge of mechanics, mechatronics or electronics
  • Technical expertise from several years’ experience working in Field Service (maintenance and repair) or in starting up or maintaining turning or milling machines (preferably with practical experience in handling DMG MORI machines)
  • Confident in using CNC control systems (e.g. Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Mitsubishi or MAPPS)
  • Service-oriented approach, customer-friendly attitude and enjoys direct contact with customers
  • Prepared to travel within the regional Service area and highly flexible
  • Candidates must live within the regional Sales and Service area (within a 200 km radius of the company branch)
